Quiet out. Loud in

or what a stubborn bronchitis can teach you

So I got unusually quiet this past 3 months. A strong cold got the best of me.

2021 did not start great for me I could say, but then I would deny so much of what was going on during this time. Opportunities I had hard time to see at first, believe me.

What good can come out of a seemingly challenging time?

I am an energetic person who likes to lead a dynamic life. I am blessed with amazing genes, I am rarely sick and place a lot of attention on a healthy lifestyle.

I regularly was doing trail running sessions in the forest to strengthen myself, I inserted a cleansing period even before Xmas and never closed a year in such a conscious and mindful way. I even took an extra week after New Years in the countryside to recharge.

So, it hit me at the most unexpected time.

It felt like my body pushed the full stop button, and left me with no choice but get plenty of rest and be mindful of my energy.

Well, a serious adjustment of my priorities was necessary as I had the energy level of a flea for 4 weeks straight. Didn’t leave the house and was able to do limited movement. Soft Yoga, meditation and loads of reading were my safe havens.

What one can do when the mind and the body send different messages and they don’t want to agree?

When my body shut down my mind and soul got really loud and my inner journey intensified. I got through and cleared out loads of limiting beliefs, energy blocks, learnt to do daily chakra meditations and self healing. I enjoyed prolonged reading sessions, practiced deep presence reconnecting to nature and decluttered my life. I truly surprised myself, I felt proud, relieved and fulfilled as a result.

How much easier it is to go out with friends, distract ourselves and not face our issues, struggles and stuff that is really holding us back.

Can you relate?

Question the unquestionable. Because an unexpected event can change your life considerably offering an opportunity to address long due non-admitted priorities.

How do you reassess your thought priorities?

How do you pinch yourself when lingering too long in denial or sabotage mode?

What do you do to swing to the next phase of change?

I am my own coach first of all and that’s why I feel confident that I can guide you too on your own journey and make sure you actually enjoy it. I have been through the process numerous times and you won't be alone for the ride.

How do you create the #AWARENESS to help you through #CHANGE to find #FREEDOM in inner peace?

Coaching is a journey that can change your destination.

Your journey starts here.

Where will you go next?
