Events, circumstances, and feelings change fast and how we react to negative feelings plays an important role in our capacity to succeed in our endeavors. They are beneficial for signaling danger, like taking your hand away when accidently touching the hot stove!, however they hold us back if we linger too long in them.

Eszter is a human skills trainer, an ICF Certified Business Coach and PQ Mental Fitness coach.

 

Eszter supports curious people in transition to go from fear of change to becoming the changemaker in their lives.

Be it a change initiated by you or one coming from the outside world, Eszter guides you to build #awareness, to learn to love #change, and enjoy the journey to #freedom while you are creating the life you design.

What to expect?

Build Powerful Habits for a Positive Mind

8-week foundation program

Each week You will get one 1-hour video to develop your knowledge and You will practice through the PQ app for 15 minutes daily.

We meet weekly for between half an hour to an hour in a group coaching session where you will connect to people who are doing the same program. This way you can multiply the learnings and enhance the opportunity to connect to ourselves and create meaningful change in our lives.

A safe space for sharing is created by a professional certified coach who is guiding you with questions, reflections and feedback.

We intend to create lasting change as you will be encouraged to integrate your most important take aways in between sessions and share your experiences in the following session. You will also get inspiration to go deeper in your discoveries about yourself and your relationships.

 

Program schedule:

Week#0 - Saboteur & PQ test results evaluation & introduction to the program with your coach

 

Week#1 - Self-Command Muscle

You start doing what we call PQ Reps, like weightlifting practice for your body muscles, but for your brain. Only takes 10 seconds, you do 3 per minute for 2 minute power breaks at the time and with eyes open or closed.  With each PQ Rep, you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.

Week#2-3 - Saboteur Interceptor Muscle

You get to intercept your top Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions. In preparation for this practice, you get to expose the lies, limiting beliefs and damage of your Saboteurs, so they can no longer fool you into thinking they are helpful to you.

Week#4-6 - Sage Muscle

You get to practice the Sage Perspective that every problem or challenge can be converted into a gift and opportunity. And you get to generate the gift through the 5 Sage Powers of Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate.

Week#8 - Follow up session and next steps with your coach
